1.Airport Pick Up
When you arrived Guangzhou, our friendly English Speaking Staff will pick you up from the airport. We will email you a dedicated phone number in case you need any assistance at the airport.
2.Excellent hotel accomodations
You really want this to be included. A lot of the hotels don’t even take credit cards. And the ones you can schedule over the internet can be tourist traps.
3.Full-time personal translator
We’ll get each person (or couple) their own personal translator to be with them full-time for the whole time we’re there. (Very important.) It’s not like Europe where you can always find someone who speaks a little English. If you don’t have a translator with you it’s very difficult. In addition, our translators are trained to know the different culture between East and West so it will help a lot.
4.Food
We’ll provide excellent and very fun group dinners at night that will be a lot of fun. As far as the food, be prepared for some exciting new tastes. And yes, it’s all very “fresh.” Meaning, it was usually alive when you got to the restaurant.
5.Transportation
We will supply transportation to get you around for the whole time, in addition to the readily available taxis. You don’t even want to think about renting a car. Most of the time, with the taxi trips, it’s best if you close your eyes and just not look at the crazy traffic whizzing around you.
6.Cruise Director
We’ll have an English-speaking Chinese person to coordinate the group activities all week long. In addition to your own personal translator, we’ll have a full-time event corrdinate to make sure everything goes smoothly.
7.Professional Consultant
We’ll assist you and brief you about the import/expert laws, legal issues like payments, letters of credit, quality control issues, third party agents, shipping coordination, etc.
8.Factory and Wholesale Market tours
We’ll tour some of the factories or wholesale markets that make different kinds of products to give you an idea of how it all works. We’ll meet with the actual owners of the factories or the wholesale market — they are always glad to meet new potential customers. You can even start to buy from them without paying them a dime on the spot. We will tell you how!!!
9.After the Trip
After you go back, we’ll help you to find products and manufacturers, negotiate with the manufacturers, coordinate product samples, handle the quality control before paying to factories/suppliers (very important), and coordinate the shipping (for example, timing the various loads into the container for shipping). We will then ship it out to you. When there is a repeat order and you don’t feel like taking another 13 hours flight to come back, we will act on behalf of you to coordinate with your factories or suppliers.
10.Personal Coaching(!)
The trip includes personal coaching by me and my staff for the rest of 2007. I have 5 employees in my office that speak English. And you can always reach me via email or phone for my personal advice.
